Lone Star Dental Clinic
PDG provided structural design, including foundation, wall, ceiling, and roof framing for the Lone Star Dental clinic at 1015 W 34th St in Austin, in the Seton Hospital medical complex area of Austin. Due to space constraints associated with the building's location to adjacent structures, this was a more difficult project than it appears. PDG worked with the architect of record to obtain the required building permits and provide the necessary inspections to earn the building Certificate of Occupancy.
